VOLUNTEER COACHES

Most of the coaches within our organization are parent volunteers. These range from the dedicated parent with basic soccer knowledge, to former D-1 players with first-hand player knowledge at a very high level, with several even holding a coaching license.

All of our coaches are required to complete mandatory background checks and complete any mandated coaching clinics put on by AACo. We have invested in the future of our program by working with our partner (CFC) to develop programmatic level guidance for coaches. Having resources like this to support our coaches ensures that no one feels that they have to do things alone, and works to ensure children at all levels and age groups throughout the organization are receiving proper quality instruction.

There is nothing more important to this program than investing in the people and resources within our community. If you are interested in being involved and have some soccer background (player or coach), then LETS TALK! Parents, recent graduates, friends and family in our community can play a valuable role in volunteer and paid positions as coaches, trainers and game managers.

The Arden – Christos Partnership budget includes subsidies for beginning and continuing coaches’ education. At Arden, its all about developing game intelligence and unlocking creativity. It all starts with well informed/educated coaches.
