Arden Rec is partnering with Christos FC (CFC) in an effort to evolve our existing soccer program. This includes the evolution of our in-house youth programs, growth of our existing county level soccer program, and eventual creation of future select teams. Our partnership will begin Fall 2018, and will include coaching assistance/development and additional training opportunities for players that will encourage them to unlock creativity and develop game intelligence. Additionally, this partnership will allow Arden to network with other local clubs that are looking for similar opportunities for their youth, and provide the opportunity for competitive play between, and with, those organizations.

CFC is comprised of a core group of NCAA Division I college players and former professional players that have had clear success at the men’s level, and are at the point of giving back to the next generation. Part of CFC’s mission statement is impacting the Maryland soccer community from the grassroots level, and priding itself on high quality and accessible programs for children of all ages. They believe in working with local organizations such as ours to build a soccer culture that will attract, and retain, youth from the area.

We feel that the core beliefs and mission of CFC match the long term goals and objectives of the Arden soccer program, and believe that the proposed partnership will provide an extraordinary opportunity for our youth players and open pathways for development into some of the premier talent within Anne Arundel County.
